科研成果

主編《白塞病新概念》、《中國骨關(guān)節(jié)炎十年》、《風(fēng)濕病學(xué)臨床實(shí)踐指南》專著三部，副主編著作《臨床疾病診治最新進(jìn)展》、《現(xiàn)代風(fēng)濕病藥物治療學(xué)》、《內(nèi)科癥狀鑒別診斷學(xué)》3部，參編《實(shí)用內(nèi)科學(xué)》等著作30余部；截止2021年10月8日發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文198篇，SCI論文56篇。負(fù)責(zé)國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)“81072478、81273298和81871276”、上海市科委重點(diǎn)科研課題 (05JC14034)、中華醫(yī)學(xué)會專項(xiàng)基金(08010260104) 、上海申康醫(yī)院發(fā)展中心白塞病科技創(chuàng)新課題、第二軍醫(yī)大學(xué)重點(diǎn)教學(xué)改革科研課題、上海衛(wèi)計委2015-2017年度罕見?。ò兹。┲攸c(diǎn)攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目（2014ZYJB0010）等共21項(xiàng)。
學(xué)術(shù)論文2018-2021
白塞病的重新定義，已經(jīng)積累了豐富的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)，中國28位中西醫(yī)專家已經(jīng)達(dá)成共識，科研論文得到國外臨床和科研專家的肯定。目前，新定義：白塞綜合征又稱絲綢之路病，是一種以復(fù)發(fā)性口腔潰瘍?yōu)樽畛Ｒ娛装l(fā)癥狀、逐漸伴發(fā)外陰潰瘍、結(jié)節(jié)性紅斑、毛囊炎等皮膚粘膜病變?yōu)榛九R床特征，可能逐步選擇性發(fā)生眼炎、腸潰瘍、主動脈瓣返流、靜脈血栓、動脈瘤、動脈狹窄、關(guān)節(jié)炎、神經(jīng)損害或血細(xì)胞減少癥等1～2個寡器官損害的變異性血管炎。并率先將白塞病分為皮膚黏膜型白塞病、眼白塞病、腸白塞病、心臟白塞病、血管白塞病、神經(jīng)白塞病、血液白塞病和關(guān)節(jié)白塞病共8個臨床表型。
