成形外科(整形外科)

　　北京大學第三醫(yī)院成形外科(簡稱北醫(yī)三院成形科)是新中國成立的第一個整形外科專業(yè)科室，作為向中華人民共和國建國的獻禮由中國整形外科創(chuàng)始人之一的朱洪蔭教授于1949年9月3日創(chuàng)立。在此曾誕生了國內首例食指移轉拇指再造術(1957年)、中國整形外科的第一本專著《成形外科學概要》(1959年)、以成形外科為重點成立的具有綜合學科支撐的綜合醫(yī)院——北京醫(yī)學院第四醫(yī)院(1963年)、新中國第一位整形外科畢業(yè)研究生 (1964年)、衛(wèi)生部批準成立的成形外科研究室(1964年)——我國第一個由臨床和實驗室兩部分組成的醫(yī)教研無縫銜接的研究型整形外科學科。 　　1965年成形外科并入北醫(yī)三院。之后北醫(yī)三院成形外科完成了首例 “寄生性頭部連胎的副頭切除術”(1979年)、顱骨雙側冠狀縫早閉矯正術(1982年)、首例變性手術(男變女,1983年)，成立成形外科研究中心(1984年)。朱洪蔭主編了我國第一部《中國醫(yī)學百科全書?整形外科》分冊(1986年)。北醫(yī)三院成形外科美容門診建立(1988年)……北醫(yī)三院成形外科在2014年成為國家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理總局批準的整形外科藥物臨床試驗認定專業(yè)，2018年被國家衛(wèi)生健康委員會批準為國家臨床重點?？?。 　　歷經70年的發(fā)展，北醫(yī)三院成形外科醫(yī)教研并舉，堅持整形再造和美容整形并重發(fā)展。作為整形外科疑難重癥診治中心，致力于整形外科疑難復雜手術，注重微創(chuàng)化和個性化精準治療的理念。北醫(yī)三院成形外科因其精益求精的技術和嚴謹求實的學風被譽為整形美容外科界的學院派。作為中國整形外科人才培養(yǎng)的搖籃，畢業(yè)的碩士、博士、博士后、跨世紀人才、?？漆t(yī)師、規(guī)培醫(yī)生、進修醫(yī)生等，如今桃李滿天下。 　　北醫(yī)三院成形科的創(chuàng)建和成長是中國整形外科學科發(fā)展的代表。 　　The Department of Plastic Surgery, Peking University Third Hospital is the first plastic surgery department established in new era of China. As a tribute to the founding of the People's Republic of China, professor Zhu Hongyin, one of the pioneers of plastic surgery in China, founded the department on September 3, 1949. Our department had the first case of thumb reconstruction by transplant the index finger (1957); published the first monograph of plastic surgery in China, The Essentials of Plastic Surgery (1959); established The Fourth Hospital of Beijing Medical College, a general hospital which was focused on plastic surgery as the key discipline (1963); confered the first graduate student of plastic surgery in New China (1964); was approved by the Ministry of Health of China the laboratory of plastic surgery (1964) - the first research-oriented plastic surgery discipline in China which is composed of clinical practice and laboratory parts. 　　In 1965, our department was merged into The Third Hospital of Beijing Medical College(The Peking University Third Hospital). After that, we completed the first accessory cephalectomy of parasitic head conjoined fetus (1979), the correction of early slosure of bilateral coronal suture of skull (1982), the first case of transsexual operation (male to female, 1983), and established the Research Center of plastic surgery (1984). Zhu Hongyin, as the chief editor, compiled the first Encyclopedia of Chinese Medicine,the plastic surgery volume (1986). The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic was set up in our department (1988) …… In 2014, our department was granted the specialty of clinical trials of plastic surgery drugs by Chinese Food and Drug Administration. In 2018, our department obtained the certification of qualified as the national key clinical specialty by National Health Commission of China. 　　After more than 70 years, no matter the clinical practice, the medical teaching or the medical study have all been developed simultaneously in our department. Moreover, both the plastic reconstruction and the aesthetic plastic surgery are developed at the same step. As the center for the diagnosis and treatment of difficult and severe cases in plastic surgery, we committed to the difficult and complicated operations, focusing on the concept of minimally invasive and personalized treatment. Our department is known for its academic style in plastic and cosmetic surgery, because of our excellent technology and rigorous and realistic style of study. As the training cradle of Chinese plastic surgeons, lots of postgraduate students and postdoctoral trainees as well as the advanced training doctors were graduated from our department. 　　The establishment and development of The Department of Plastic Surgery, Peking University Third Hospital is the resentative of the development of plastic surgery in China.
