神經(jīng)內(nèi)科

　　北京大學(xué)第三醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科為醫(yī)院重點(diǎn)發(fā)展科室，在康德瑄、李美琳等老一代專家的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和樊東升等新一代學(xué)科帶頭人的不懈努力下，經(jīng)過幾十年的奮斗，在醫(yī)、教、研等許多方面都已達(dá)到國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先水平，部分領(lǐng)域趨于國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平。目前科室分為門診、病房、急診、檢查室等多個(gè)部門，并設(shè)有卒中單元、急診卒中綠色通道等，擁有住院床位共105張，為廣大患者提供了更多的就醫(yī)機(jī)會(huì)和更好的治療環(huán)境。近年來我科臨床業(yè)務(wù)能力逐年提高，專業(yè)逐步細(xì)化，年門診人數(shù)約13萬余人次，急診2萬人次，年均出院人數(shù)約1100人次/年，平均住院日14.95天。 　　近年來，科室先后獲評(píng)衛(wèi)生部國(guó)家臨床重點(diǎn)專科、北京市重點(diǎn)學(xué)科、教育部博士點(diǎn)學(xué)科和博士后流動(dòng)站、國(guó)家級(jí)臨床藥理基地、國(guó)家衛(wèi)生計(jì)生委腦卒中篩查防控基地醫(yī)院、北京市?？漆t(yī)師培訓(xùn)基地等。在北京市DRGs（疾病診斷相關(guān)分組）?？婆琶星懊?，主持的“神經(jīng)內(nèi)科學(xué)”課程被教育部評(píng)為國(guó)家級(jí)精品課程。主辦了“北京大學(xué)卒中論壇”、“全國(guó)肌電圖與臨床神經(jīng)生理學(xué)習(xí)班”等一系列有影響力的繼續(xù)教育項(xiàng)目。獲國(guó)家級(jí)和省部級(jí)科研基金近千萬元；在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表論文數(shù)百篇；與美國(guó)斯坦福大學(xué)、德國(guó)烏爾姆大學(xué)、澳大利亞昆士蘭大學(xué)等國(guó)際知名大學(xué)建立合作關(guān)系。擁有世界上最大的運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)元病單中心病例庫，在該領(lǐng)域具有巨大的國(guó)際影響力。與神經(jīng)外科、介入血管外科聯(lián)合成立的腦血管病中心，在急性期靜脈溶栓、機(jī)械取栓及二級(jí)預(yù)防管理方面積累了大量經(jīng)驗(yàn)。作為“全國(guó)青年文明號(hào)”單位、北京市先進(jìn)職工小家和北京大學(xué)模范職工小家，是全國(guó)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)的楷模之一。 　　神經(jīng)內(nèi)科現(xiàn)有職工64人，包括本科室在職醫(yī)師31人，護(hù)士27人（正式在編15人，合同制護(hù)士12人），助理研究員1人，臨床技師5人；其中高級(jí)職稱23人，中級(jí)職稱17人，博士學(xué)位28人；另有返聘教授/主任醫(yī)師4名?？剖胰藛T年富力強(qiáng)、成員間專業(yè)互補(bǔ)，各有所長(zhǎng)。我科擁有博士生導(dǎo)師4人、目前在崗1人，碩士生導(dǎo)師10人，目前在崗4人，是神經(jīng)病學(xué)博士后工作站，迄今已培養(yǎng)研究生100余名。我科現(xiàn)設(shè)有運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)元病、腦血管病、神經(jīng)電生理、神經(jīng)肌肉及遺傳病、神經(jīng)免疫、帕金森病、認(rèn)知障礙、神經(jīng)病理性疼痛及睡眠障礙等多個(gè)專業(yè)組，并有獨(dú)立的神經(jīng)電生理實(shí)驗(yàn)室和神經(jīng)病理實(shí)驗(yàn)室，能夠開展多項(xiàng)常規(guī)檢查及特殊檢查。近十年來，科室穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，實(shí)力不斷提升，2012年入選神經(jīng)內(nèi)科國(guó)家臨床重點(diǎn)?？平ㄔO(shè)項(xiàng)目。我科特色專業(yè)為運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)元病，擁有全國(guó)最大的運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)元病診療和研究中心，在為廣大患者提供更多就醫(yī)機(jī)會(huì)的同時(shí)，也建成了全世界最大的單中心肌萎縮側(cè)索硬化臨床數(shù)據(jù)庫和生物樣本庫，在國(guó)際上亦有較大的影響。我科充分發(fā)揮科室傳統(tǒng)電生理研究的優(yōu)勢(shì)，注重傳承，近年來相繼培養(yǎng)了中青年骨干醫(yī)生張朔、王娟、黃潤(rùn)州、蔡笑等。我科每年定期組織全國(guó)肌電圖與臨床電生理學(xué)習(xí)班，在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)具有相當(dāng)?shù)膶W(xué)術(shù)影響力，且為我國(guó)電生理檢查水平的提高貢獻(xiàn)了自己的力量。另一方面，我科聯(lián)合神經(jīng)外科、介入科、超聲科等學(xué)科，于2014年10月成立了“北京大學(xué)第三醫(yī)院腦血管疾病診治中心”，2015年4月被評(píng)為國(guó)家衛(wèi)健委 “腦卒中篩查與防治基地醫(yī)院”及“高級(jí)卒中中心”。 　　經(jīng)過不斷努力奮斗，北京大學(xué)第三醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科現(xiàn)已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為集醫(yī)療、教學(xué)、科研、護(hù)理為一體的現(xiàn)代化神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病臨床診治和學(xué)術(shù)研究中心，在全國(guó)神經(jīng)病學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)界具有一定的影響力。所有這些成就的取得，離不開幾代科室領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的運(yùn)籌帷幄，離不開全科同仁的辛勤耕耘，離不開兄弟科室乃至全國(guó)同行的大力幫助，更離不開醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)多年來始終如一的關(guān)心和支持。 　　The Department of Neurology is a key department of Peking University Third Hospital. Under the great effort of the old leaders, Prof. Kang Dexuan and Prof. Li Meilin, and the new leader, Prof. Fan Dongsheng, achievements in clinical work, academic research and teaching have reached top levels in China. The department include multiple sections, including outpatient clinics, inpatient wards with a total of 105 beds, an emergency section, examination rooms, a stroke unit etc. The annual numbers of outpatients and the emergency section are about 130,000 and 20,000, respectively. The average annual discharge is about 1,100 patients/year, with an average of 14.95 days in hospital. 　　Our department is a National and Beijing Key Clinical Specialty, a National Training Base for Doctors and Postdocs, a National Clinical Pharmacology Base, a National Stroke Screening Prevention and Control Base, a Beijing Training Base for Neurologists etc. The Neurology course taught by our staff was rated as a National Excellent Course by the Ministry of Education. The department has been funded with nearly 10 million yuan by national and provincial research foundations, and hundreds of papers have been published in domestic and international academic journals. We have established cooperation with internationally renowned universities such as Stanford University in the United States, Ulm University in Germany, and University of Queensland in Australia. We have the world's largest single-center database of motor neuron disease, with a significant impact in the field. The cerebrovascular disease center established jointly with the neurosurgery department and the interventional vascular surgery department has profound experience in thrombolysis, mechanical thrombectomy and secondary prevention management. 　　There are 64 employees in the department, including 31 doctors, 27 nurses, 1 assistant researcher and 5 clinical technicians. Our department has 4 doctoral supervisors (1 currently on duty) and 10 master supervisors (4 currently on duty), and we have trained more than 100 graduate students so far. Motor neuron disease is the strongest speciality of the department, with pronounced influence both domestically and internationally. In addition, multiple professional groups in other areas have been refined in recent years, including cerebrovascular disease, neuroelectrophysiology, neuromuscular and genetic diseases, neuroimmunology, Parkinson's disease, cognitive impairment, neuropathic pain and sleep disorders etc. We have a neuroelectrophysiology laboratory and a neuropathology laboratory, where a number of routine and special examinations can be carried out. 　　After continuous hard work, the Department of Neurology at Peking University Third Hospital has now developed into a modern diagnosis and treatment center for neurological diseases and an academic research center, integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research and nursing. We are dedicated to further boost our influence in the field and provide outstanding medical service for more patients.
