人工髖關(guān)節(jié)置換治療高齡股骨頸骨折
【摘要】 目的 探討高齡股骨頸骨折人工髖關(guān)節(jié)置換的療效。方法 總結(jié)人工髖關(guān)節(jié)置換治療58例75歲以上的高齡股骨頸骨折，分析其療效及并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果 經(jīng)過3~19個(gè)月（平均8.5個(gè)月）隨訪，58例術(shù)后2~3周均恢復(fù)行走活動(dòng)，無1例死亡。按髖關(guān)節(jié)功能Harris評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：優(yōu)良率89.7%。結(jié)論 人工股骨頭或全髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)是治療高齡股骨頸骨折的有效方法，可促使老年人早期活動(dòng)，恢復(fù)關(guān)節(jié)功能，提高生活質(zhì)量。關(guān)鍵詞： 老年人；股骨頸骨折；關(guān)節(jié)置換中圖分類號(hào)：R683.42；R687.3Artificial hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture in elderly patients Abstract:Objective To evaluate elderly patients with femoral neck fracture prosthesis results. Methods Aggregate artificial joint replacement for the treatment of 58 patients over the age of 75 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture, analyze its effects and complications. Results After 3 ~ 19 months (mean 8.5 months) follow-up, 58 cases after 2 ~ 3 weeks were resuming normal activities, no one died. By the Harris hip score functional criteria : excellent rate 89.7%. Conclusions Unit artificial hip replacement is the treatment of femoral neck fracture in patients with an effective way to enable the elderly early activities, restore joint function and improve quality of life.
