內(nèi)分泌代謝科

　　暨南大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科現(xiàn)有主任醫(yī)師1人，副主任醫(yī)師2人，主治醫(yī)師3人，對(duì)內(nèi)分泌代謝疾病有豐富的診治經(jīng)驗(yàn)。目前可進(jìn)行胰島素、C肽、糖化血紅蛋白、皮質(zhì)醇、尿游離皮質(zhì)醇、醛固酮、VMA、游離T3、游離T4、超敏TSH、TRAb、血管緊張素Ⅰ、Ⅱ，F(xiàn)SH、LH、E2、孕酮、PRL、GH、ACTH、PTH、骨鈣素等多種激素測(cè)定，應(yīng)用雙能X線骨密度儀（DEXA）檢測(cè)骨密度，應(yīng)用ECT進(jìn)行甲狀腺、腎腺顯影，應(yīng)用細(xì)針穿刺甲狀腺活檢技術(shù)，開展對(duì)甲狀腺疾病的診斷。對(duì)糖尿病和甲狀腺、腎上腺、性腺、垂體等內(nèi)分泌器官病變和骨質(zhì)疏松癥等的診治緊跟當(dāng)今世界醫(yī)學(xué)潮流，為病人造福。應(yīng)用胰島素泵對(duì)糖尿病人開展強(qiáng)化治療取得良好效果。暨南大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科糖尿病腦血流測(cè)定、糖尿病腎病的發(fā)病機(jī)理研究是科室研究重點(diǎn)。 　　In the department of endocrinology, there are one chief physician, two associate chief physicians and three attending physicians. All of them have plenty of experiences in diagnosing and treating endocrine and metabolic disorders. At present, laboratory investigations including hormone detections of serum insulin, C-peptide, glycosylated hemoglobin, costisol, aldosterone, FT3, FT4, hTSH, TRAb, angiotensinⅠ，angiotensinⅡ，F(xiàn)SH, LH, E2, P(progesterone), PRL, GH, ACTH, PTH, calcitonin,urinary free cortisol and VMA have been used for the assessment of endocrinopathic problems. Moreover, bone density can be determined by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) while thyroid and adrenal gland can be scanned by ECT. Percutaneous fine-needle aspiration and biopsy of thyroid are applied for the diagnoses of thyroid diseases. In a ward, the department of endocrinology follows the scientific frontiers nowadays in the diagnoses and treatments of diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, sexual gland , pituitary disorders, osteoporosis,etc and benefit the patients. It deserves to be mentioned that the application of insulin infusion pump for intensive therapy of diabetes has obtained a fairly good result. Meanwhile the department also focuses on researches on cerebral hemorrgeology of diabetes as well as treatment and prevention of diabetic nephropathy。
