1突發(fā)一側(cè)面部或肢體麻木無(wú)力，口角歪斜流涎2突發(fā)視力模糊或失明3突發(fā)語(yǔ)言表達(dá)或理解困難；4突發(fā)嚴(yán)重的不明原因頭痛、嘔吐5突發(fā)不明原因的頭暈、走路不穩(wěn)或突然跌倒、遺忘或記憶障礙，尤其是伴有1-4項(xiàng)中任一癥狀時(shí)。出現(xiàn)卒中（腦梗死或腦出血）早期癥狀，不論時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短應(yīng)及時(shí)就醫(yī)，以縮短入院前的延誤時(shí)間，耽誤治療。
