老年內(nèi)科

　　科室建于1987年，初命為高干內(nèi)科，現(xiàn)名為老年病內(nèi)科，為綜合內(nèi)科，是由23位醫(yī)生（其中2位主任醫(yī)師，6位副主任醫(yī)師）、43位護(hù)士（其中主管護(hù)師6人）及2位康復(fù)師組成的致力于老年醫(yī)學(xué)事業(yè)，技術(shù)實(shí)力強(qiáng)大的團(tuán)隊(duì)?？剖抑魅螢閺埜４?，其同時兼任北醫(yī)三院院長助理、北京大學(xué)第三醫(yī)院海淀院區(qū)院長；科室副主任為張帆、劉慧琳；病房護(hù)士長為郭英、孫卉、趙秀偉。 　　科室門診由位于門診大廳5層的102門診和門診大廳3層的老年內(nèi)科門診組成。102門診主要服務(wù)于持有“102”卡的干保人群；老年內(nèi)科門診面向患有常見內(nèi)科疾病的60歲以上患者。隨著老齡人口的增加，我科門診量逐年增加，2019年門診量高達(dá)55000人次。 　　科室住院部有3個病區(qū)，一、二病區(qū)位于醫(yī)院本部，三病區(qū)位于中央黨校院區(qū)，共有床位72張。收治冠心病、高血壓、心律失常、心衰、肺炎、慢性阻塞性肺病、糖尿病等老年常見內(nèi)科疾病。 　　科室在門診及病房全面開展老年綜合評估工作，從日常生活能力、認(rèn)知功能、跌倒風(fēng)險、營養(yǎng)狀態(tài)、精神情感障礙以及合并用藥風(fēng)險等多方面綜合評估，制定集治療、護(hù)理、康復(fù)一體的綜合治療方案。我科與運(yùn)動醫(yī)學(xué)科及骨科深度合作，進(jìn)行圍手術(shù)期患者的評估與管理，“科室間深度合作保障患者圍手術(shù)期安全”項(xiàng)目獲北京大學(xué)第三醫(yī)院醫(yī)療安全管理獎二等獎。 　　科室提倡“有溫度的治療”，科室氛圍溫馨，切實(shí)做到以患者為中心的醫(yī)療服務(wù)，多次榮獲管理團(tuán)隊(duì)優(yōu)秀獎、優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)獎、精神文明先進(jìn)科室等獎項(xiàng)。我們必將盡全力推動智慧老齡化的發(fā)展，提高老年患者的生活質(zhì)量。 　　Our department was established in 1987, named senior medicine department at the beginning and now Department of Geriatrics. Our department is a comprehensive medicine department, composed of 23 doctors (2 chief physicians, 6 associate chief physicians), 43 nurses (6 supervisor nurses) and 2 rehabilitative therapists. Our director is Zhang Fuchun, who is also the assistant of the President of Peking University Third Hospital and the President of Haidian Hospital. Deputy directors are Zhang Fan and Liu Huilin; The head nurses are Guo Ying, Sun Hui and Zhao Xiuwei. 　　Our outpatient department is composed of 102 clinic on the 5th floor and geriatrics clinic on the 3rd floor in our outpatient building. 102 clinic mainly serves the "102" card holders; The geriatrics clinic serves patients over 60 years old with common medical conditions. With increasing of the elderly, the number of outpatient visits in our department is increasing year by year, reaching 55,000 in 2019. 　　The inpatient department with a total of 72 beds is composed of 3 wards, the first and second wards are located in the main part of the hospital, and the third ward is located near the Central Committee Party School. The inpatient department treating patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension, arrhythmia, heart failure, pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes and other common internal diseases of the elderly. 　　Our department has comprehensively carried out comprehensive geriatric assessment in outpatient clinics and wards, including activities of daily living, cognitive function, fall risk, nutritional status, mental and emotional disorders, and polypharmacy, and conducted a comprehensive treatment plan integrating treatment, nursing and rehabilitation. Cooperating with sports medicine department and orthopedics department, our department evaluate and manage patients in the perioperative period. The project of "Deep cooperation between departments to ensure patients' perioperative safety" won the second prize of medical safety Management Award of Peking University Third Hospital. 　　Our department provides warm and patient-centered medical services, and has won many awards. We will do our best to promote the development of intelligent aging and improve the quality of life of elderly patients.
